Step by Step
What Happens After You Order

Order Received
You'll get an immediate on-screen confirmation with your order reference, plus a confirmation email if provided.

We Reach Out Within 24 Hours
Our team contacts you via email or WhatsApp to confirm your order details, discuss any customisation, and arrange payment.

Your Piece Is Prepared
Once confirmed, your bag is prepared, quality-checked, and packaged with care. This typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on the piece.

Dispatched via Tracked Courier
We ship using a tracked UK courier and send you the tracking link straight away — you'll be able to follow it door to door.

Delivered
Signed-for delivery to the address you provided. Failed delivery? The courier will leave a card — you can rearrange directly.
Tracking Your Order
When your bag is dispatched, we email you a tracking link from the courier (usually Royal Mail Tracked 24/48, Evri, or DPD depending on size). The link updates in real-time and shows expected delivery windows.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 48 hours of us confirming your order is ready, please get in touch — we'll chase it down immediately.
